Healthy
living is simple, managed, planned and acknowledged living. One must
have knowledge of ways and means of living healthy. Life should be
disciplined; there should be a schedule of all works from rising
early in the morning, leaving home to go to work or college, come
back, rest, house hold chores, evening walk or exercise, etc. up to
going to bed. In this way you will save your time and energy, will
feel relaxed, healthy and more productive.
The
image above shows that healthy body, mind and soul make a perfect
personality by creating a healthy life style or healthy living.
Obviously your body needs nutritious food, enough sleep, rest and a
disciplined work schedule. First of all, empower your body system
with a healthy balanced diet, 6 to 8 glasses of clean drinking
water, reasonable quantity of food containing required quantities of
fat, sugar, proteins, minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates, calcium,
etc. All eatables. Must be taken in mediation or required quantity,
suggested by a dietitian according to your age, weight, height, and
the hard work you do from 10 am to 6 pm or whatever you do. A glass
of fruit juice, 2 slices of brown bread, salt free butter, cheese, a
glass of milk, coffee or tea with a boiled egg is enough till your
tea or coffee break.
Breakfast
Your
lunch should be simple, but energetic to keep active the whole day
consisting of fruit, like a banana or an Apple, white baked meat, 2
slices of brown bread, yogurt associated with milk, tea or coffee
with less sugar. Rich, deep fried meat can make you feel lazy during
the working hours. Beef is better to be taken twice a month; too much
protein cases Uric Acid and is harmful for joints even in the young
age. 6 to 8 glasses of water are necessary during the whole day, from
morning up to going to bed.
Evening
is the best time for a 1 hour walk, exercise or Yoga to keep you fit
and active. Time management depends on your convenience, but you must
spend some time with yourself, it is your life, take care of your
independency.
Dinner
Dinner
should be consisted of rice,, bread, white meat, salad, soup, curd
water It can be taken as a richer food than the lunch. It should
have enough calories, vitamins, minerals, etc to provide the energy
for the next day work. There should be no alcohol any time; it can
ruin your health by affecting your lungs and brain. It is better to
keep away from it. It is hard for many people, but it is true that in
the long run it will ruin your health, so better to keep away from
it. To avoid lungs diseases, cancer, heart problems, strokes of any
type, hepatitis, etc. avoid alcohol.
Manage
your life and start Yoga any time you can spare for it. It will keep
you fit and your weight proper and you will feel a difference in your
health and energy. It should be for 30 to 60 min. 4 to 6 time a weak.
You can also join a Jim too for this purpose, but the main point is
your healthy diet and time schedule. Exercise, of any type, at least
30 minutes a day, continuously or broken up is very good to keep
healthy. You should not be overweight; it should be according to
your height. Consult your doctor if you prefer healthy living, he
will guide you well. A low fat and high fiber diet like cauliflower,
cabbage, lemon juice, garlic, onion, low fat dairy foods can keep you
fit. They can save you from high blood B.P. gallbladder diseases,
and arthritis in the weight bearing joints.
Stop
smoking if you smoke. Gets long healthy life not just aging. Smoking
is dangerous not only for you, but also for the people around
you.2ND. smoke is also dangerous. It can cause lung diseases, T.B.
heart problems and cancer.
Smoking
pollutes environment that worsen the healtth of the whole community.
Clean
and green environment is the basic requirement of healthy living.
Clean air to breath, pure water to drink, and organic veggies,
fruits, meat, grains, lentils, beans,can prevail in a clean
environment. So we all must play our role to keep our air clean and
care for greenery.
Do
not sun bath or use tanning. Sun exposure is linked to skin cancer,
the most common type of cancer in US and Canada. Sun exposure should
be limited to avoid skin cancer. Use a broad spectrum sun screen
that blocks both UVA and UVB lights on exposed skin, face and hands.
Lead
a, happy, healthy and secured life by limiting yourself to the one
and the only, your life partner.
Keep
your shots up to date. All adults need tetanus, diphtheria boosters
every ten years and also a full booster to protect whooping cough
every year. You can have shots vaccines too. Also, check your breast;
breast cancer is the 2ND. common Cause of women death.
It
is good to get pap smears regularly as advised by the doctor to be
safe from the lower internal body’s cancer. It is the best to
get your yearly physical timely to avoid the risk of high BP to
sugar, cholestrol, heart problems, cancer etc. Family doctor can tell
about the risk factors and other needed tests. Have genetic tests;
they can inform you about possible hereditary diseases. Precautionary
measures can be adopted to stay away from such health problems.
Personal hygiene and mental peace, from head to toe clean body,
clean mouth teeth, dress provide healthy living. Brush your teeth
thrice a day, after lunch too. Physical and mental health are co
related. All have feelings of stress, loneliness, sadness, depression
and challenges of various types. A phone call from a friend, walk, a
TV program, aglss of water or juice, deep breathing can empower
anyone to feel fresh. Think and behave positive, feel strong,
confident, because healthybody needs a healthy mind.
Discipline
and wise management of life at home and outside can award you
healthy, happy, satisfied, peaceful life. Don’t forget yourself
beside others. Be happy and make others around you happy. Be patient,
strong, tolerant and confident. This world will be yours.

Health tips everywhere focus the same points cleanliness of all
types, healthy air, healthy eating drinking, discipline, peaceful
mind, management of works, rest, exercise, happy family life, good
friendship, keeping in touch with family doctor for annual tests,
positive thinking and actions, live and let live others etc. This is
life, so simple and enjoyable, point to remember is work hard in
right direction wisely.
