Cindy heralds from a small farming community in the northern part of South Africa, close to the Mozambique border. She won a literally scholarship to attend university in the United States and has subsequently studied further in the UK, mainland Europe and again in South Africa.
Her career has moved her around the world - Angola, New York, Malawi, Los Angeles, Namibia, Kenya, Zambia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, etc.
In 1998 she immigrated to the United Kingdom and from there recently relocated to Belgium.
In the past year Cindy has been published in +80 magazines, newspapers and ezines around the world.
