Carl Winderl is
Professor of Writing in the Literature, Journalism, and Modern
Languages Department at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego,
California. He arrived there the long-way-round-about by parlaying a
college basketball scholarship into a B.A. in English, an M.A. in
American Literature from the University of Chicago, and a Ph.D. in
Creative Writing from New York University.
Along the way he’s
published several books of poetry; most recently a new slender volume
of Marian verse, Behold The Lamb, which is now available.
The non-fiction biographical memoir pieces appearing
here courtesy of Story House/Preservation Foundation are from a
recently completed manuscript entitled A
Senior Year to Forget.
